Total Eye Care

I had the worst experience with this office. Only been 3 times for annual visits. Tried to give it a chance as my primary care Dr recommended her. Each visit was the same “sales pitch” rehearsed. I know it by heart! Office is so unkept and unorganized. Each appointment I was kept in the waiting room for over an hour. Her answer to everything is “dry eye”!!!!! Third appointment went terribly wrong and I will not be returning and I recommend you do the same!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ali for the last four years. Her staff is always friendly, considerate, and professional. I’m confused over the poor reviews I see regarding the staff and Dr. Ali. I have had nothing but a pleasant and positive experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ali’s for five years. I have never waited for a long time for an appointment. Her office staff is always professional and friendly. She herself always gives me her undivided attention during exams. When Dr. Cote passed away I thought I would never find an eye Doctor even half as good as he was. Well I am pleased to say in my opinion I did with Dr. Ali.

Where do I start? Dr. Ali and her staff are wonderful! I had a blephorasty performed and the results are absolutely amazing. Pleased with the results are an understatement! I highly recommend Dr. Ali! She was informative, patient with my questions and did a phenomenal job!

I've been going to Dr. Ali for two years now and every experience has been exceptional. She's caring and takes her time to address all my concerns. I have recommended so many of my friends to her office and they all have said the same. Also, she made sure I was 100% happy with my eye contact prescription even though we tried on 5 different brands. Very patient with me even though I can be picky.
