Great establishment, she was very knowledgeable and helpful! She made my first experience of wearing eyeglasses easier for me. I am a picky person and she worked with me until everything was to my liking and satisfaction. She helped me pick the perfect pair. Great customer service. Pleasurable experience! Thank you!

Hi people! The staff/ owner ( the tall lady ) is amazing here at the shop very polite and fair,, my glasses had a minor issue that could be fixed with just an adjustment using hands & a tiny screwdriver! Also good collection.100% recommendation. She fixed my stuff free cos it was a very minor issue ! May god bless her

I just left Plus or Minus Optical, and I must say it was a pleasant experience...the owner gave me superb service, and I am all for supporting a "GREAT" black/woman owned business...PLEASE GO AND SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS ....👍👍👍😊
