The staff is very nice. My appointment was at 10:00am this morning. I got to the appointment early but was not taken back for my appointment until 10:30am. I was the only one in the waiting room . I could have come a bit later if you needed me to. I had a number of things to do today and could have done another errand before my appointment had I been told . The last thing I like to do is sit and wait 30 minutes . I said something to the woman and she said that you all were squeezing everyone in this morning because something was going on this afternoon. I work by appointments too. It’s just common courtesy to communicate with people.

Office staff is very cordial and Cici made picking out frames fun. Dr Durocher is the best and most thorough Optometrist I've had in 30 plus years! Highly recommend.

Post cataract surgery follow up; efficient, professional… very courteous. Great to be looked after from the moment you arrive! Great team!

Haley Doucher was thorough for eye exam but the young gal that was there to try on glasses or get cost quotes acted like it was an inconvenience to deal with customers. More importantly, beware of their billing. They mis-billed me twice and it took me 7 calls over 3 months to get it straightened out and something sent in writing that I had a zero balance. They use the excuse that billing is a 3rd party, yet Bonnie just doesn’t return calls left with their receptionists which are the only live people you can get ahold of. Very shady vibes. I will not be going back there.
