From the minute we walked in, Angel l, at the front desk, was so friendly and professional. Dr. Qian was patient, kind and made us feel like she truly cared about our vision. Sheena was the highlight of our visit. She was so fun and super helpful. We would DEFINITELY recommend this location to anyone needing quality eye care with a friendly, helpful staff.

I was able to have an eye exam immediately, even though I had no appointment (I know this was an exception to the rule). The doctor was great! Explained everything to me and answered all my questions. A lady up front helped me choose my frames and select my lenses. Even showed me how to save about $100 on my order. I was very pleased with Visionworks, which is why I've been using them for over 10 years.

I purchased a pair of glasses and within 4 months the frames broke in half while I was cleaning the lenses. I returned to the company and was informed that I didn’t purchase the 12 month extended warranty so they would not do anything about it. I could purchase another pair but, I would have to pay for them. I said if your frames or glasses don’t last more than 4 months I certainly don’t want to waste another $300 plus dollars. I will proceed to another company and I did. I have never heard of purchasing an extended warranty for a pair of glasses. Furthermore who has ever heard of glasses snapping in half while cleaning the lenses? I am not hard on them because I have to have them so I can see to drive 18 wheel trucks!!! Never go there unless you want to purchase the extended warranty (that was never discussed with me during my visit) that only lasts one year. I would expect them to last at least 6 month from day one!!!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Scheduled same day and did not have to wait. Dr. Proffitt did an excellent job and addressed all my concerns! Rosemary was wonderful at check out and explaining out of pocket costs! Office was clean and staff professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

I have gone to Visionworks for years. I have been struggling with eye, discomfort, pain, redness, etc. Since October 2025 It is now almost February 2026. I came in twice in December and the second time I was told to drink some water! And that was it “go drink some water”. I finally found a different eye doctor And it turns out I had a severe allergic reaction to my contacts which has caused an infection and now I cannot see out of my right eye. I was told it will take two months Of medication to fix this since it has been going on for so long. Dr redus should be fired! And I have contacted my lawyers and further action will be taken. It is so unfortunate that I have had to deal with this for so long when it could’ve been prevented months ago if I had been seen and diagnosed properly.
