Office manager is absolutely horrific and unkind. She is overwhelmed it seems and is not good at customer service at all. I would definitely never recommend and I only went to get lenses. I'm not an expert at different types of lenses and she was very rude 2x trying to explain it answer my questions. Please get the lady some help!!! So this person responds and here is my response. I offered more than once to come back because they were busy. Office manager told me no. She sold me on items I don't need. Didn't understand what she was selling me and now refuses to just call the lab and cancel the order. They aren't made. They are pending. I did not ask for massive accomodations. I only asked for a specific brand. How is that asking for too much. Again. I just want the order cancelled but you refuse too. So now you are holding my personal frames hostage. So it took you 30 seconds to write that I used my own frames. If that is asking for too much, you have horrible customer service. It's 17 words long. Again. I didn't demand service. I let Judy help others and offered to come back multiple times. I am making a complaint with BBB and my insurance company as it's not difficult to call the lab and have them send back my frames. They aren't even made. I hope she finds peace as she was rude to every person there. Kept saying how overwhelmed she was. That's not my fault. Get her assistance but don't take it out on me. She even hung up on me today when I didn't raise my voice and just asked to cancel my order. So yes. I will leave a bad review. Nothing malicious. Just facts and truth. Shame on this business
