Very pleased with my experience at this location. Dr. Whitmore was very thorough and explained things in plain language so I could understand. Jake was very friendly and did a great job helping me select a pair of glasses and made sure that they fit comfortably when they arrived. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

It’s so nice walking into a warm welcoming staff with smiles and so willing to help. 😊 Jake is so great to work with, wants to make sure you’re completely happy. I had worked with him at the Valley West location as well. My glasses are always done so quickly.
Guy at front desk bent my glasses further than they already were resulting in them now not fitting my head, they told me i can’t get replacements glasses until March, lady who answers the phone very rude & unprofessional. I went in last week for an exam, they knew i would need to order glasses before March & FAILED to give me my pupillary distance in order to purchase new glasses. I’ve had to go there twice now in a week & now they’re saying come back again? I don’t know what kind of joke this is but I’m very unhappy with the service I’ve been provided.
I've been a customer of Whylie Eye Care in Johnston for many years, and have always received 5 star service. The helpful staff are always ready to assist you in finding the perfect eyeware from their wide inventory of frames. And delivery of your new glasses is fast. Most recently I received my new glasses in under a week. Highly recommended!
