My wife and I had gotten our exams elsewhere but went into pick out lenses and frames. The associate that helped us was great! She spent a lot of time with us making sure that we got the best frames for our facial structure and the best value for the money. Will definitely recommend to others.
Dr. Greg is so knowledgeable and he really takes the time to explain everything. The staff is great and makes you feel welcome. Everyone there is wonderful and I am so happy I took my sister’s advice to switch eye doctors. Everyone there is great and they know what they are doing! An extremely qualified and professional group!
I recently moved to area and was hoping to find a great Vision practice. I was so pleasantly impressed with this office. The Dr performed an awesome exam and explained everything so clearly. He took a lot of time to make sure I understood everything. The front desk girls and the optical assistant were great as well. Tracie was very helpful in helping me pick out the perfect frames. I het the jackpot finding this clinic. I will be a patient here for many years to come!
I have been going to Dr Marchand for years. When my insurance changed and no longer covered his business I tried another Dr. needless to say the service was nothing like I was used too and my glasses and contacts were not correct. I have returned to Dr Marchand even with having to pay the whole bill. He is so thorough and gives me peace of mind. He and his staff are incredible
Dr. Marchand explained each part of the exam. He is extremely professional and easy to talk to. All the staff is very friendly and just kind people. Choosing glasses was kind of easy because the person who helped me knows what shape and color will fit your face, etc. I would recommend Portage Vision to everyone. I don’t think I’ve had a more positive experience at any other medical facility.
