She took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the examination, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I fully understood my eye health and treatment options. The front desk staff was equally impressive—friendly, welcoming, and highly professional from the moment I walked in. Everyone greeted me with a smile and maintained a positive attitude throughout the visit, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. The office is clean, organized, and well-managed, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. It’s clear that patient care and customer service are top priorities here. I recently visited Potomac Eye Care for my eye exam and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. She has an excellent bedside manner, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them without me feeling rushed. Dr. Ahmad is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in her field. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eye care. In my opinion, she is the best in Northern Virginia!
