They are all so nice and welcoming. I was looking for a new pair of glasses before my eye exam. Picked out a few and when I went in for my exam. I came out and the young lady picked a few more frames for me that I may like. Well fantastic job she picked a pair I absolutely loved and bought. Such a great place. 5 stars to them. If I could give them more I would.
I woke up looking like a zombie in one eye, so I called Prate to see if I could get in for an appointment quickly. Stephanie was so kind and got me in same day. Dr. Prate was fabulous and made me feel at ease. The exam was thorough and he assured me that my eye would be good as new after a few days with a prescription. It's been 12 hours and I already feel so much better. This was my first visit and I'm so happy that I found such a wonderful office for eye care so close to home. Everyone in the office was so friendly. You guys are a top notch 👁 establishment.
I’ve been coming to Dr Prate for 27 years so hard to believe. Amazing doctors and staff, treat me like family. I use to live 3 minutes from their office and for the past 15 years I drive an hour just to see them for my eyes. All my other drs I have changed because of time/location but I won’t change eye drs🩷 Steph who is the office manager has always bent over backwards to make space for my appts and she can recall every pair of glasses I have lol. Nothing but love for this place
I had an eye appointment on 4-8-26.This was my first time here at this office and I have been to many places in the past and I must say as soon as I walked through the door I knew this place was going to be different. The office was clean , I was greeted with friendly faces, the wait time was not long at all. The doctor was also friendly, patient and professional with me . When it was time for me to pick out my glasses, Stephanie was very helpful in helping me choose just the right ones for me.. I would definitely recommend Prate Family Eye Care .
Prate Family Eye Care has been my go to for years. Was there yesterday, got a great exam, Dr. Michelle was able to help me navigate to a different type of lenses. Esperanza helped me find glasses that I really liked that work for my face and discussed options. I have always been really happy with the level of care as well as the friendliness and competence of everyone I've met there.
