Precision Eye Care

I had a wonderful experience at Precision Eye Care in Flushing. I went in for an eye exam for contact lens prescription, and from the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The doctor was incredibly kind, honest, and easy to talk to. I usually avoid going to doctors because I get anxious, but he made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. He took the time to answer my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about his patients. The exam itself was also very affordable, and he even gave me free eye drops for dry eyes to take home, which I really appreciated. The staff were equally wonderful. The doctor said I can get free glasses so one of the female staff members helped me choose a pair of glasses that suited me well. They had a great selection of frames to choose from. After visiting several eye doctors over the years, I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve had. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. I left very happy with my visit, and Precision Eye Care will be my eye doctor from now on. Highly recommended!

I have been struggling with severe dry eye for over a year, to the point where my eyes would actually bleed from rubbing them at night. Dr. Xia performed a very thorough exam and patiently explained everything clearly. He made sure all of my concerns were addressed and gave me clear instructions for my at-home care. Beyond the excellent medical care, they also have a great collection of glasses—I just picked up my second pair here today! The service was quick, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend the entire practice!

Highly recommend! I’ve been seeing Dr. Xia for the past few years for my CRT lenses, and I’ve always had a great experience. He is very thorough and patient, and always takes the time to make sure my lenses fit comfortably and that my vision is as clear as possible. He explains everything clearly and is always happy to answer any questions I have. I really appreciate how much care he puts into each visit, especially with making adjustments when needed. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Xia and Precision Eye Care to anyone!

He’s has helped several of my relatives as well as my husband, and every experience has been exceptional. He is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, and that has definitely been our experience here. Everyone we’ve referred has been happy with the service, and we will no doubt continue coming back. Rare gem to find in flushing.

I’ve been coming here for years for my CRT lenses, highly recommend! Dr. Xia is easy to communicate with and wants to get the absolute best fit for you every time. He answered any questions we have patiently and thoroughly. The staff were also great help with choosing the best frames/glasses, always letting you know what and what not your insurance will cover.
