Being new to the area, I was very pleased with my initial visit and annual eye exam. Everyone was pleasant and professional and Dr. McLaughlin was very thorough and gave me plenty of time. My appointment for next year was made.
I had an eye infection that had been festering for several weeks, and I was able to get in for an appointment the next morning with Dr. McLaughlin. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge level. I asked him many questions, and he was able to answer them thoroughly. He was also able to prescribe medication that was filled quickly at the neighboring Publix. I am not one to take medications, but he explained to me very logically why in this case it was necessary. I feel confident returning to this office for further care. I should also mention that the staff were highly professional and organized.
The Staff and Doctors at Precision Institute are all great. Dr. KrajnyK is my doctor. He did my eye surgery. Very Happy with that. Had a routine exam recently and since the last time I saw him I had taken a header into the corner of a half wall. 3 inch cut from hair line and across eye brow. He was very careful when doing the exam. I asked him if he knew any plastic surgeons. He even gave me 3 recommendations. You can tell he really cares about his patients.
Staff is warm and helpful. Front desk is efficient and well informed. Dr. Amin is thorough and well trained.
