I brought someone in to get their glasses and were treated terribly by the staff for starters. No one even acknowledge we were there meanwhile other people walking in were greeted With extreme kindness and professionalism, it was hard to watch as I waited. I observed this happening to two other people Vision one should treat everyone equally with the same kindness and respect!
The Staff at this location is top tier. I come here every year to do my eye exams and from start to finish I am treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Patel is amazing, he truly listens to what I say and is immediately ready to not only answer but take action on my issues or concerns. But the All star MVP here is Amy. She is amazingly kind and truly ready to help get me the right frames and lenses. This particular trip she went WELL above and beyond to make sure I not only got an amazing frame to go with my Santa Claus suit but looks good for my every day Santa look. She made sure that the lenses were the very best we could get with my insurance. I couldn't recommend her and this practice any more. 10/5 stars.
Dr.Patel ,Dr. J. Haines and Dr.Haines are all fantastic optometrists. My husband and I get great care here. I recently had my cataract surgery by Dr. Mittlestadt and the toric lenses the optometrists recommended have me seeing 20/20 without glasses. Very happy with the results.
I have used Vision One for my new eye glasses. The first set had a defect in the glass that caused streaks above and below lights. Really annoying at night. I returned them and they replaced them but the second pair did the same thing. It is not visible in my old glasses so I know it's not my eyes. My husband saw the same thing when he looked through the glasses. We asked for a refund for the $429 glasses. After 2 weeks and several phone calls we got a refund of $283.20! They charged us a $145.80 restocking fee for their poor quality eye glasses! That's BS!!
If I could give a zero, I would. This place sucks. The Doctors seem nice enough but everyone on the staff have shitty attitudes. You can call and leave messages but no one calls back. There’s this little tyrant named Millie who is the worst thing for this practice. It’s no wonder that they have a 3.2 review rating. Nobody there cares….
