Dr. Mandy Smith and her staff are amazing, they were awesome with my son,got his glasses back within a week, when he broke them, they replaced them,no questions asked. If you're prescribed glasses they will have you pick out the frames of your choice, send them off with your prescription and within a week they are calling you to come pick up your glasses. They are awesome there, the office is small but that's the only downside.

Dr. Smith is amazing. She’s polite and kind and listens to her patients. Her office staff is equally amazing. Sometimes the best things are small and mighty.
Just don’t. Not unless you want to wait a minimum of three weeks to get your glasses. And then after calling to find out if you can just get the prescription to take it somewhere else because you desperately need the glasses and can’t wait any longer, they tell you that it’s already been filed with the insurance and that you have to contact your insurance company. The receptionist acts like you’re a complete inconvenience to her day whenever you call. Just overall not a good experience. Went in on the 18th for an appointment. It’s now the eighth on a Wednesday and said that they could possibly be shipped from the lab by Friday meaning I might get them in about another week. . But they lied and said 7 to 10 business days. What a joke.. I will never go back there.
AMAZING! I was on vacation and had a hard lens contact get stuck in my eye. Within 10 minutes I had insurance filed, info completed by the tech and saw the dr - all of whom were extremely nice and friendly! They made a very painful and scary experience a unique and kind memory of my trip. Thank you so very much!! ❤️ I’d chose them as my eye Dr if I lived here :)
Absolutely never again ,I spent 300 dollars on contacts 2 weeks ago,now they're saying I'll receive each eye 2 weeks apart
