The asst to Dr. Pickard was so kind to me. They were both so thorough and very patient and respectful with me. I am very slow. They all took their time so I would feel comfortable. If I rush I might fall. Dr. Pickard shows that he really cares as well as everyone in his whole office made me feel special.
Its a great so glad they take my insurance, clean, everyone is friendly, I really like Dr Pickard, I has done catract surgery on one of my eyes cant wait ti get other done in a few days, I plan on sticking with even after both surgeries
The tech assistant was very kind and friendly as well as the doctor . Both were very through. I waited a little bit to get back but not long . Front desk person was ok . Just not as friendly as tech and doctor. And that’s what matters the most . The finance schedule lady was also very nice
I appreciate everyone being so nice & taking such good care of me and my eyes! Dr Pickard really made me feel better about what the pain I've had in my head & eye. He knew exactly what what was going on & made me feel good to have someone to listen to me and actually know the cause of my problem. He actually cared!
Got me in on emergency visit- everyone was nice- only a short wait- Dr Cain gave me a quick but thorough exam and removed foreign body from my eye! Sweet relief! I will return in the future! James Nicholson DDS
