I have been to many eye doctors over the years and Dr. Cox gives the most thorough exam that I've ever had. She is so knowledgeable about a lot of things and has the most updated equipment. She takes her time with you and is very personable and caring.
VRO is a family-friendly optometry practice. Dr. Cox utilizes the latest equipment to diagnose, treat, and prescribe throughout her practice. The receptionist, BJ, is exceptionally helpful in ensuring a seamless appointment experience. Dr. Cox successfully performed an eye exam for my eight-month-old baby who had significant visual difficulties. Dr. Cox scheduled a private appointment for my son, where we had the office to ourselves. I most definitely recommend her practice to anyone. We love you all 💟💯
Great and friendly staff. Up to date technology! Fashionable frames at an affordable price! Dr. Cox takes time with her patients and gets to know them, which is a definite plus for me. I didn’t feel rushed, but wasn’t there a long time. She was very knowledgeable about all my concerns. Absolutely going to be referring family and friends.
Dr. Alicia Cox and her team are absolutely amazing! They are all kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable! Dr. Cox made me feel super comfortable and listened to. She assisted me in not only the eye exam but my first pair of glasses. This might be a new company- but her knowledge is like none other.
