We have been coming here for the last couple of years and have been really impressed. The doctor is very personable and the staff is super friendly. I used to go to Costco but I'm really glad I made the switch, Precision Vision handles the billing for me and there's not a crowd of people when you're trying to pick out frames. It's a really nice, quiet office. Highly recommend!
Would have been better if the student doctor had actually been monitored. It was his second day on the job and let’s say it was the most unprofessional eye exam I’ve ever had. At least the student took my concerns seriously. I switched from Clr vision in Springville because my declining eye sight is stressing me out. Guess I’m 0 for 2. I miss shopko. At least at 14 I felt heard by my doc. Maybe I’ll go back but definitely asking to not be sen by the student.
My husband and I were both very impressed and happy with our service. Dr. Mendenhall, was very thorough and professional, answering all of our questions. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Checking in was also very smooth, the gal at the front desk was very sweet and personable as well as all of the specialists working in the office.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Precision. I ended up breaking my out-of-warranty glasses so I took them in and Journey was able to fix them up long enough to last me until I got a new pair. She could have just scheduled my next visit, but instead she said “I have an idea” and fixed em up! Quality service
Dr. Jess E Mendenhall always takes the extra time to make sure all my questions are answered. In a world of busy schedules I am impressed with his willingness to take the time and effort to make sure all my needs are met. I appreciate his knowledge and use of new technologies to provide the best eye care possible.
