Five stars! We weren't aware the previous eye doctor had retired/left, but the young doctor who saw my son today was amazing. He was extremely helpful, patient, and highly professional while explaining my son's contact lenses. The whole office goes above and beyond—they even have chocolate chip cookies for customers! If I loved coming here before, I am definitely a customer for life now. Thank you for the excellent service!"

Been a satisfied patient of Preferred Eye Care under Dr. Iqbal (retired in 2025) for 20+ years. Dr. Bacchus is just as warm, welcoming, patient, and competent, and I will remain with this practice. True, the office/reception area could use a little renovating, but I don’t think it takes away from the great care my eyes receive there. The front desk staff stays on for years, is welcoming and friendly. Linda and I always visit for chat and I trust that I am always charged the correct amount.

My daughter had an appointment and so I tagged along. As we waited, I inquired about my insurance. They accepted it, and I snagged the appointment directly after my daughter’s. 🥳The staff was friendly and efficient. 🫶🏽The doctor was amazing. I was in and out quickly and every 👁️ concern I had was knowledgeably addressed. The eye is a great non-invasive window into your overall health.
