I've been coming to this location for a few years now and I love the staff and the whole experience. They are all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Dawson is so kind, patient and thorough. She goes over my benefits with me and helps me make the best decision in regard to maximum savings! They have a wide variety of frames and they offer good deals on them as well.

Dr Dawson is the very best. I would recommend her all day. Everyone is professional and go above and beyond. Thanks for helping me see again!!!
The 2 rather than 1 was for the eye exam, which was done professionally, and achieved the necessary results. The rest was due to my experience with the store side. I do typically buy my eyeglasses at the same place as I have my eye exam done. However, they only have one shelf and a small rack of men's glasses and not a lot that I was interested in. I decided that I'd take my business online. The woman and two other women went into a small partially open room and started talking about me/my case in hushed tones. (My eyes may not be great, but my ears are awesome.) I became uncomfortable with this and prepared to leave, asking to pay and get my prescription at the front desk. They came out to try to intervene somehow. I said that I wanted my pupillary distance measurement so I could get glasses online. They said they do not provide this because it could be different with different frames. I'm not a fool, I know this number doesn't change. And a quick Google search shows that some places don't give it to pressure you to buy their glasses. Shop with people who don't conceal information in order to earn your business.
I have been going here since 2015. Me and my children haven’t been to any other place. I feel like we’re families there. I love the staff and it feels so homey and they’re very kind and sweet.
I am very happy my granddaughter introduced me to this ofc. The ladies are so pleasant & seem to work well together.
