Today was my first time going to Premier. Staff was friendly. The price quoted over the phone was the amount I paid. Dr. Bryant was thorough in his explanation. Facility was clean and equipment was modern. I already scheduled next years annual.

Well, I didn’t seem to have any problems with them. I called several places looking to get an appointment for my son to get a checkup. He is currently covered under tricare, which a lot of clinics won’t accept. I called several before I called Premier and not only was I either met with they wouldn’t accept the insurance or they wanted an insane amount of paperwork and recommendations, they were also months out on appointments. I called Premier and they didn’t hardly ask a lot of questions. They said they would accept his insurance and just got basic info. They scheduled me a week out and sent me a form a couple days before to fill out. Took less than 5 minutes. They sent multiple reminders and got him in and did his eye exam and wrote him a prescription. Exactly how a business should be ran. They didn’t overcomplicate it and they did what they were designed to do, help customers instead of turning them away. My experience with them was great. I really appreciated them getting him in so quickly and accepting our insurance. It’s sad how you put on a uniform and serve this country and then so many businesses in this country will deny accepting the insurance the military provided for us to do so. Premier did not do this. Thank you Premier. You deserve this.
I have been coming to Premier Vision for two years and have been very satisfied with the eye care. I highly recommend them for quality eye care. The entire staff were very helpful and had a friendly disposition. The equipment utilized is state of the art.
After at least 4 years of going to Premier Eyecare, I can attest their service has gone down the drain. When they dispensed my glasses, they said if there were any issues, to please bring them back within a timely fashion, as we only have 30 days for them to rectify it. They didn’t check the fit of the glasses in the store when given to me, as they had them wrapped up in a gift bag. I took them home thinking I could bring them back if there was an issue. I eventually did need to take them back to see if they could remake them, or exchange them, as they were too big. Heck, even a refund if possible (I will take the hit on my insurance). The glasses, no matter what they did, did not fit appropriately. They kept saying there was a “30 day policy”. I was within 3 weeks of the purchase date. I should not have to be forced to keep the glasses. The eyeglass manager talks to you passive aggressively to get over and not rectify the improper dispensing of eyeglasses and not standing by their service. She refused to do anything about it. I said they would be losing business from a family of 5 who have been going there for years. She smiled and said “That’s okay”. I requested a call from both the General Manager and Owner, even texted them, to no avail; no response. I tried to support a local business since it’s close to home, and looked past the small inventory, inexperienced staff, and high turnover. It was weird how they were always reluctant to release our prescriptions (even though I was still purchasing from them). It’s illegal to withhold these. I should have trusted my gut and went somewhere that would trust and stand by their own business. Do not go here!
The best eyecare in Oklahoma. Always professional, really cares for the patients wellbeing. Dr. Bryce Mayes is my goto eye Doctor.
