I don’t normally do this but it has reached a point. I called for almost two weeks trying to reach contact department probably 4 or 5 times. After trying the Daphne location I finally get the help I need in ordering my contacts.it gets worse so they said it would be 70 bucks to order insurance covering the rest which is fine. They end up charging me 375 which I had no clue about so I called back and they said it was an accounting error. And refunded me 300 bucks then right after the refund I get charged 375 again and so I called again to see what’s going on. And they say can’t help me today the lady that handles this stuff is out of office and it’s Friday. This is ridiculous I get people make mistakes and get busy but no way this isn’t just people being ignorant and malicious.

Don’t go here . They charge for everything even with insurance . If you have surgery they charge for FMLA papers which is insane. Dr.Olgesby was my doctor she was super nice and friendly when I first visited. She did my surgery and I had to come out of pocket as well which was fine then it was time for my follow up she refused to see me because of a balance. So she does work and don’t care about patients after. Please find a doctor that actually cares!!!

About the best you can get. Cataract surgery incredible. Wait times are short. Follow ups brief and efficient.

I called and spoke to Naki and she was amazing! Great customer service, so sweet and helpful. We have employees we have to set up at clinics all over the country and she was so helpful. I usually dread calling and making appointments for my employees but she was awesome. I hope her boss sees this.

This place literally has the WORST parking. And I graduated from the University of South Alabama. This place has them beat my a mile. There is literally not enough parking. I'm currently waiting in the fire lane for my 81 year old grandmother to come out. Y'all need to step up the game. The demographic that comes here I can tell by watching the doors is 60+. For this to be the parking situation this is unacceptable. Update: In the time it took me to blur out license plates, I have been harassed by another person that cannot find parking and almost been backed into by another person that was parking a truck too big to fit in this parking lot. This is a logistical NIGHTMARE.
