I’ve been seeing Dr De La Pena since her initial practice. She never rushes and is genuinely interested in all her patients. The office manager, Melinda, is second to none from both a knowledge and customer service perspective. Recently hired employees are professional and talented. I have always loved me some Premier Vision. 🩵😎🩵
Very competent and helpful staff all around. It looks like a nice place to work because everyone is cheerful. I was treated like I was a long time customer even though it was my first time there. My previous place would just rush me through the process, but not here, they were willing to to take any time I required to make some important decisions on what is a sizable purchase and a product that I have to live with for at least a year.
I came in with a pair of Oakley's (right before they closed) that I haven't worn for 4 years because I had a screw messing that held the lenses on and they installed my replacement lenses and installed a screw for FREE! I didn't even purchase them from Premier Vision. Toni was so kind as well! Bravo 👏. That's customer service!
Dr. Mendiola is an outstanding eye doctor! She is caring, compassionate, and always takes the time to address my concerns. She consistently resolves my eye issues and makes every visit a positive experience. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the genuine care she shows her patients. I highly recommend her!
After my long-time optometrists resigned or closed/moved their office, I was in need of a new facility for my eye care. I found Premier Vision and I'm glad I did! Very profession staff and Dr. Christina was great. I bring/have very complicated eye issues, mainly cornea related. Dr. Christina took her time, was concerned with my issues and was diligent in her effort. No one has been able to refract my eyes for "glasses" in years and years. (I wear very specialized contact lenses). She appeared to have had success doing this! I was ecstatic! I would highly recommend Premier Vision!
