Premier Vision

I had a great experience at Premier Vision. Dr. Novak was very professional and kind—he took the time to explain everything clearly and provided excellent options for my care. I truly felt informed and comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Goodenberger is also a wonderful practitioner—extremely intelligent and attentive to detail. It’s clear that both doctors genuinely care about their patients. I would highly recommend Premier Vision to everyone looking for quality eye care.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Novak yesterday and was so impressed with the entire experience. Dr. Novak took his time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my care. The office staff was just as wonderful - kind, welcoming, and very professional from start to finish. It’s not always easy to find a medical office where both the doctor and the team make you feel this well taken care of. I’m very thankful to have found Dr. Novak and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor!

Dr. Goodenberger Is awesome!!!! She was so kind and knowledgeable! She is by far the best eye doctor I have ever been to. My 13-year-old daughter also had a wonderful experience with her. She is super friendly and took a ton of time explaining different options that I had for glasses in contacts. Her staff was also very friendly and kind. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Tracie!!!

After being a patient at a larger store for over 30 years I started to feel like a “number” instead of a patient. I was concerned about switching to a smaller local shop thinking they may not have the same optinioaltiu or volume for glasses. Boy was I wrong. I still have endless options and feel like I matter to the doctors and staff. Brooke was incredibly sweet in answering my questions and Morgan was great in helping me pick frames and explaining optical technology I didn’t know existed. Vanessa greeted me with a smile and recommended tv shows while I had a brief wait. My doctor was able to walk me through the options as my eyes have aged so screens and reading are…more difficult. Thanks a million for such a comprehensively great experience.

A very positive experience, every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. The testing was high tech and impressive. Dr. Novak explained everything really well and as a result, I really trust him with my eye care. I've already referred two people!
