Eye Surgical Associates

This was my first appointment at Eye Surgical Associates and I was especially impressed with how well organized the check-in process was at this visit. After check-in I was equally impressed with how I was walked through the system. I don't know that every person I came in contact understood this was my first visit, I didn't feel I needed to tell them. They just treated me like a VIP, I was explained every step of the way I was led from one process to another I never felt like I was being treated like a child, but I was taken and passed off from one staff member to another and never felt I was lost or didn't know where I was going. For a first time user that was an exceptional feeling.

I had Catarct Surgery yesterday and my post-surgical appt. this morning. The last 28 hours were an efficient and well thought out process of serving the people. Very impressive! The results were equally impressive! However the kindness and friendliness of the staff was much appreciated! A solid yes for the first eye. Wedneday is my second... Thank you for all you do!

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. CLARK. I felt that Dr Clark did a thorough job of explaining my situation & the options for me. I had been seeing Dr Blodget. For 2 YEARS!!, Dr Blodget, had me returning EVERY 3 MONTHS & ZERO progress was being made. I was happy he retired, b/c I was NOT going to continue with him. If needed, I will continue w/ Dr. CLARK.

I love Dr. Argo & staff. There was no waiting. Everyone was patient and courteous. Dr. Argo explained everything related to my Cataract evaluation. I feel confident in the decisions I make regarding my upcoming surgery.

Met with Dr Wood and his staff. Very satisfied with all we dealt with today from the check in to the surgery scheduler. Everyone was intent on listening to our concerns and very matter of fact and to the point. Would highly recommend Dr Wood
