Dr Wilcox is professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I feel like whenever I go to the eye doctor for any of my needs, it takes an hour and a half to two hours to get everything done and I always leave disappointed. That is not how I felt with my visit today. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Everybody was so friendly, I got more information than I’ve ever had before about my eyes and the process of picking out glasses was quick and easy because they were so helpful. I will definitely Go back!

It’s so nice to be able to go in and get an adjustment on my glasses with no appointment and when deciding that I needed a pair of sunglasses, I didn’t have to make an appointment just looked around. Found what I wanted. They had my prescription and details already in the system. Talking with all the people at the front desk is like chatting with friends… Very comfortable, inviting, cheerful, and extremely helpful.

Dr. Wilcox is kind, professional, and very personable. She explained things very well and took my preferences into consideration when discussing options for my eye health. I would absolutely recommend her to my family and friends. It was a great experience for me! Edit to add: I’ll also say the front desk staff were also extremely kind and personable. They were great to chat with and helped me understand my options for various screenings before my exam. I honestly had a great experience all around.

Dr Wilcox is amazing and I agree with previous reviews of front desk for the Union College location except that Nora is amazing as well so just ask for her!!
