Dr. Wong and his front office staff are so wonderful. They are so kind and also take great care of their patients. I have been with them for almost 3 years and have not had one bad experience. Keep up the great work and keep smiling.
I'm almost 40 and have had glasses my whole life. This is by far the best optometrist I have ever been to. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and stays up to date with the latest technology. He knew more about what I was seeing than I did. I was able to get a next day appointment. The office staff went out of their way to ensure I was using my insurance to receive the most benefit. I can not recommend this place enough. My prescription is the most accurate I feel that I've ever had. Do not go anywhere else! Perfect experience in every way. Very clean and accommodating office as well.
Maureen is the sweetest most loving lady ever!!! Dr. Wong is amazing too. Selection they have is very reasonable could have a bit more brand name . They were just wonderful so thank they were there and took my fussy one year old so i can finish my eye test. Love this place
It's obvious that Dr Wong has been doing this for a long time. Very thorough, easy to talk to, and explains things in language anyone can understand. Maureen at the front desk puts a smile on my face each visit and really contributes to a pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend.
My contact prescription expired two weeks ago and with Covid I do not want to go into office and get a new prescription I had asked can you please fill my prescription for new contacts and they declined. You would think that they are willing to work with the customer and reduce the number as much as possible but I guess not. It is not like my prescription was even a month old, it expired two weeks ago! You lost my business. If you can not work with me then I will not work with you.
