Hadn't been there in 6 yrs. Decided to give sm business try again. Big mistake! Original visit was on 4.30.26 have been back 4x & as of today 6.25.26 still have no glasses. Thats almost 2 months! Have been lied to by front staff & as well from owner. Met owner on 6.12 told issues having & even she told me all would get done & resolved within days. She offered to do a 2nd pr of readers for free. Called last week & was told no glasses ready & she's on vacation till 6.24.26! Meanwhile I'm still struggling w vision due to not having the proper Eyewear. They have been aware about my vision struggle since day 1. They are friendly people. But that doesn't help me w my vision issues, nor constant apologies resolves the issue when they continue to lie. 4 trips to this store & still no proper eye wear. I wanted to give local business a try again. Sadly for me the experience hasn't been good. Nor do I trust their words. Its a shame.
