Her new practice is bright, well-lit, and all new equipment and facilities are very complementary to Dr Paulson’s deep care for her patients. Absolutely amazing! I had an appointment with a different eye doctor but when I walked in they were rude and down right hateful. So I left and went searching for a different place and found Prestwick. And I couldn’t be happier that the first place fell through. From the first phone call all the way up until getting my glasses they have been so kind and sweet. They even sent a card with gift cards after the visit. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

I have seen Dr. Amber Paulsen over the past few years, including following her from her previous Frisco office to the new McKinney/Prosper area location. She is very knowledgeable & has a very approachable personality. She has always made me feel like she cares about my concerns. She would be wonderful with all ages and areas of concern from basic vision checks & glasses to identifying more concerning eye health issues that may even need referrals to specialists. The new location is very nice & her office manager, also ironically named Lori, is lovely.
