The whole experience was amazing!! From scheduling to check was the best Dr. visit I have ever had!! Check- in was very smooth! I cannot remember the receptionist name ,however, she was very kind as well as thorough . Clara was very professional and knowledgeable in her preparing me for my exam. Dr. Baley (WOW) what a wonderful person and physician!! She is complete with ever detail to make your care the best!!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone !! Thank you Dr Baley and staff for caring for me!!

I just moved to Charleston and needed to have an eye exam and be fitted for contact lenses. I chose this office based on the reviews and they did not steer me wrong. Dr.Bailey was very patient, spent time explaining options for me. Listened to my concerns then sat with me and patiently coached me on getting the contacts in and out of my eyes. The whole staff was so pleasant and my prescription was perfect , I am very happy to have found them.

Thorough, quick and efficient. I was a little apprehensive because the optometrist I usually saw left the practice. She was a great optometrist. She’s moved an hour away. I still received the same high quality exam and assessment. Great service and excellent quality examination.
