I came in for what I thought was a scratched cornea, and from the very beginning, Ms. Ginger at the front desk recognized the urgency of my situation and went out of her way to get me in for a same-day emergency appointment. That level of care alone meant so much. Dr. Nanji was incredibly thorough and quickly identified that my condition was more serious than I initially thought. What truly set this experience apart was her commitment to my care—she rearranged her schedule for the next two consecutive days to continue monitoring my eye and ensure I was healing properly. This was my very first visit to Primary Eye Care, and it turned out to be, by far, the BEST medical experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Nanji’s attention to detail, her genuine care and concern, and her willingness to go above and beyond for her patients is unmatched.
