Been going here since i was a kid (off and on i will add) and the staff over the years has always been so kind and understanding. They’re especially understanding and thoughtful about my epilepsy, taking extra precautions and keeping in mind the effects flashing lights could have one me. Truly a wonderful experience every time. All the staff at Primary care were friendly and helpful. They caught that there was something wrong with the first pair of glasses sent and before I even had them and they were replace with the proper prescription. It took a few times to get them fitted well and they were gracious each time I came in. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.
I have always appreciated the friendly and professional staff at Primary Eye Care and even more so this past weekend where I had vision concerns over the weekend and I was able to see a doctor without an appointment to get answers to what I had going on. And showing concern enough to schedule a follow up to make sure no issues continue. I would recommend anyone to use Primary Eye Care for their vision needs, they are the best
