I was a newer customer at Shopko Optical and had a great experience. The two receptionists/Technicians were outstanding and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain my options and even helped me find ways to save money, which I really appreciated. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Excellent customer service!

Doctors are way beyond good but receptionist, it’s sad to say but no. Asked how many times receptionist when my mother next appointment for her new eye glasses, waiting for how many months and by the time scheduled and went there, receptionist says, we can’t do it today since insurance not covered yet and not time yet, even though they’re the one who made the appointment and check everything. When we called insurance and asked them, insurance says, patients can do anytime the check up and test and can get the glasses next. Too late now, we decided not to go back to this optical anymore. So sad since Drs. are very good and very kind.

There was hardly any waiting for my apt, I pretty much got right in when I arrived. The Doctor was extremely professional and thorough. I've been wearing readers for years and he taught me a lot about them and the benefits of glasses. In the end, I was able to make an informed educated decision regarding my purchase. The technician was also very knowledgeable and seamlessly walked me through the final processes of ordering my new glasses. The glasses arrived in exactly two weeks like they said they would and they are really amazing. A true improvement to my life! Awesome deals and sales too! You should make this your new eye doctor like I'm going to, you won't regret it. Bring the kids!

I highly the recommend Dr. McCann, Krystal, and the rest of the amazing staff at Shopko Optical. Dr. McCann took the time to listen to my vision concerns and provided the solution I have been looking for since I first started wearing glasses. The ladies up front were patient in helping me find new frames and adjusting my old frame. I am very pleased with the excellent service I received.

They have great selection, great advice, and make sure everything is correct with your current pair of glasses or should you need new glasses. Have appreciated the excellent service (All the doctors and the three ladies/opticians who work at the Hutchinson store) over the years.
