Walmart Vision Center

Do not be deceived by their protection they will not cover anything. I went in clearly broke my glasses. one lady said oh yeah we can replace these for you come back another day and the employees this day would not do it. This is exact situation happen twice. The first time it was the screw was stripped out and the lady put a bolt in it and it looked like junk but I said okay. This time they said maybe one lens but not the other . Do your self a favor and go literally anywhere else with actual customer service. I don’t know if it’s the employee who thinks they need me to respect there Authority or if they are telling me the truth Walmart sucks.

I’m from out of town and stopped in at the Hutchinson Walmart after breaking my glasses. Becky to her amazing credit was able to help me in repairing my glasses. She was able to locate the nose guards and get me seeing again. On behalf of me and I’ll the people that I won’t run into….a heartfelt THANK YOU!!

After stepping on my glasses in the garden and thinking the frames were beyond repair, I thought I'd see if they could put my lenses into a different frame. I didn't buy the glasses from them so they couldn't do that. Instead, they could try to bend the frames back to where I could wear them again, but no promises. Becky was able to bend them back into shape almost perfectly. I was so impressed by her kindness and patience and the quality of customer care that I received there. Kudos to you Becky and thank you so very much!

I have been getting my glasses at Walmart Vision Center for several years. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and price. I went somewhere else last year and paid $300 dollars more. Back to Walmart I go and will continue to always get my glasses there. Jody is the best. She has always helped me get what glasses looked the best on me. Thank You Walmart Vision Center.

It's a Walmart vision center. The only reason I went in there is because I got a new pair of glasses from the VA through the mail and needed them adjusted. Walmart's vision center is the only vision center within 75 miles of my house that is open on Saturdays due to the "pandemic".
