The shop is located in a large strip mall with plenty of parking spaces. A shop is very clean and modern. The staff is friendly. I have a pair of Silhouette glasses that needed new lenses. I visited a few shops and none of them could replace the lenses. Prism Optometric was able to replace the lens and fill the prescription. Prism Optometric warranties their work. They have a full staff optometrist and sell some of the best glasses on the market.

My daughter had a visit with Dr. Wong earlier this year. Dr. Wong is very professional, patient, and nice. My daughter is very shy, but she feels comfortable with Dr. Wong and friendly staff. She got her eye exam and got her new glasses there. When I filed the health care spending with my employer, I accidentally put pay to the provider instead of pay to self. When Dr. Wong received the check, Dr. Wong and staff called me multiple times to inform me about that check. It was a very good experience with Prism Optometric.

Dr Wong and her staff are so wonderful I never expected an eye exam and glasses experience like this pleasant. Exam was very thorough and I ordered 3 pairs of glasses they all turned out handsome and my vision is perfect now. Very very happy.
