On Monday 4/13/26 I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Knolls and received great news!!! While I admit I was nervous while waiting, it was worth the wait after test after test! God is so good and he blessed me with Dr. Knolls! I don't take anything for granted regarding my eyesight!!! Dr. Knolls is thorough and attentive regarding my eye care! I had to switch practices the practice I was with before for 6 years really let me down, of course I didn’t want to switch but they say everything happens for a reason. The moment I walked in the door it was very welcoming each and every person I had to interact with from the Receptionist to the Doctor were very friendly, caring and professional, needless to say this is my new eye care home. Thank you to all the staff.
Dr. Knoll did my Cataract surgery. Amazing experience with an amazing Dr. Jennifer, the surgical coordinator, couldn't be nicer in accommodating my busy schedule. The only slight criticism I have is the fact that they book appointments in 5 minute intervals, making the wait time very long. My last visit i was there for over 11/2 hrs.
I don’t care how great the doctor is. Every time I bring my mother for her appointment you sit here for almost two hours. If you’re running 45 minutes to an hour behind, call your patients and let them know. It’s common courtesy. There is clearly a booking problem if you’re walking into an appointment and getting called an hour past your appointment time. It’s not ok.
