I'm new to the area and took both my daughters for an eye exam. One of my daughters is only 5 years old. The staff was rude and extremely impatient when it came to my 5 year old daughter. During her eye exam the lady who was giving the exam told my daughter in a rude tone "don't you know your letters" she made my daughter feel awful ! If you don't like the job you have you need to find another one being rude to kids is beyond unprofessional and disgusting behavior. The staff was rude and weren't friendly they looked like they were mad because they had to work....the only person who uplifted the vibe was the eye doctor himself he was the only one to be kind and patient with my kids. If I could give no stars I would. If you have children I highly recommend you take them somewhere else the Professional Eye Associates is NOT A KID FRIENDLY environment nor will I ever go here again.

Terrible at the Calhoun location. I went and one of the machines didn't work in the room I was in. Then when checking my eyes the girl forgot what number she was calling out when i was looking through the lenses. I get my prescription order glasses, and its wrong. They want to charge me $50 to look at my eyes again when it's their mistake. Terrible! I was a new customer. Will never go there again.

Very knowledgeable and efficient with all of my needs. Very nice atmosphere in the whole place and a pleasant to talk to each and everyone very polite place. HAVE A BLESSED DAY.
