Professional Eye Care

I was very pleased with this eyecare doctors office. My mom is the one who referred me to you guys. My son has Carolina Complete Health and every time I found him an eye doctor. They did the eye exam, but they did not prescribe the glasses and they say you can call the back of your insurance card and they’ll tell you which places but a lot of those places didn’t take his insurance. It was becoming overwhelming and frustrating so when I was able to get everything done here in one place I felt a lot better. I couldn’t ask for a better eye care than professional eye care optometry PA

I’d like to recognize Joe, a technician at the eye care professionals in Hope Mills near the lake, for his outstanding service. Even though I didn’t purchase my glasses here originally, Joe took care of me without hesitation and at no cost. The results were excellent, and his professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Because of this experience, they’ve gained me as a loyal customer. Highly recommend this office and especially Joe for anyone needing quality care.

Really annoyed by them. It seems to be the only eye professional group in the area. It took 3 months to get an appointment. I called them a month ago to see if I could get squeezed in because my insurance was going to lapse. They couldn’t squeeze me in. I canceled it on that day. One month later, they are confirming my appointment. They never canceled it…I shouldn’t have to call you to fix your error. The phone Personnel is either ignorant or incompetent. I’m not sure which one. It’s really not that hard if someone communicates properly.

I have been coming here for over 30 years. The doctors here are great, even help detected a detached retina which probably saved the vision in my right after rushing to Duke. However, my last experience wasn't so great with the optical dispensary on the first floor. After picking up a pair of sunglasses that I had made with my prescription from upstairs, which I only wore a few days over the weekend, I noticed that there was a bright light between the frame and the lens at the top that was shining through. I stopped in Monday and asked them if they could look them. She brought them to her manager in the back, well under a minute (didn't have time to remove the lens). She came right back out, handed the glasses to me saying nothing you can do, It's your prescription. I left feeling frustrated, that I've wasted money. The next week, after posting a not so great review, Dr Raynor call me to have me come in and fix my problem. Took another 4 weeks, but now my lenses are much better. Thank you.

I am disappointed and will not be trying to schedule here. I called to ask a few questions and verify if they accepted my insurance, they did however the receptionist was very dismissive. I was not even able to ask all of my questions or attempt to schedule before she hung up on me. Would not recommend.
