The receptionist, Rose was such a sweetheart from the time she called to remind me of my daughters' appointments, to when we walked thru the front door of the office, to when we checked out. Dr. Singletary was absolutely amazing! He was thorough, attentive, and funny! He treated both my daughters with kindness and he listened to them. Dr. Singletary has great people skills and I would recommend him for anyone who's looking for an exceptional eye doctor!
From the moment I walked into the building. I was greeted with a smile and friendliness from the staff. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Dr. Shiau was just the best, her professionalism, expertise in her exam was by far the best I had for my eye exams. Dr. Shiau was very thorough in explaining the results of my exam. I will be coming back for sure. Thank You for a wonderful experience.
We had a very pleasant visit at Eye Medics in Fayetteville, NC with my daughter, Malia. From the moment we walked in, the front desk receptionist, Rose, was incredibly kind and had such a gentle, welcoming spirit. She was very attentive, wonderful at giving genuine compliments, and even greeted me by name as soon as I walked in, which truly stood out. The entire experience felt a bit like walking into a luxury hotel, especially with how tastefully decorated and calming the office was. We saw Dr. Singletary, and he was just as wonderful. He was very friendly and patient with my daughter, who is extremely shy. He met her exactly where she was, used a bit of silliness to encourage her to speak, and made the visit comfortable rather than stressful. It was very clear that he genuinely enjoys what he does and is passionate about educating and helping others understand eye health. Overall, it was a great visit. I left feeling comfortable, cared for, and genuinely uplifted. I would recommend Eye Medics many times over!
Dr. Singletary was friendly and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me so much great information to do extra research on. He taught me that everyone should get their first eye exam done around 6 months of age and explained the importance of getting my 7 month old in for his first eye exam. Rose at the front desk was exceptional and friendly too. I would highly recommend Eye Medics Optometry to everyone!
