The doctor was very professional, and the staff was very friendly and professional. It took a bit to be seen, overall, it was very pleasant. I’m definitely going to be back.
My first visit to this location was a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I received exceptional customer service. The staff and doctor were incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process. The office was very clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere. Just a quick note: this office is in a separate space from Visionworks, and the hours may be different. I also highly recommend using the scheduling app/link—it’s easy, convenient, and very user-friendly! ^_^
I absolutely LOVE Advanced Eye Care! They are so professional and helpful! Dr. Carey Reeves is the truth!!!! The staff is awesome. They took the time.(Which was a long time due to myself) To teach me how to put in and remove my new contacts. BEST experience ever the only eye clinic I would ever go for services!!!!!
So overwhelming here. They overbook every appt slot. When you get there the waiting room’s 6 chairs are full with a handful of people standing all with the same appt time! Always wait an hour past our appt at least! Doctor isnt bad, but the appts, waiting room, and wait times need better management. There were 19 people in there with me recently. In an office made for 6-8 people to wait.
Very efficient and thorough exams, engaging and super friendly Techs. The front desk staff could be more engaging and consumer friendly, but I'm going to chalk it up to the "end of the day" rut. I had ZERO issues with scheduling my appointment online..., I learned my lesson after the phone situation the last time. All in all, I had pleasant experience at today's visit, in and out in around 30 min. Dr. Reeves and his staff are great.
