I was extremely impressed with my experience at Carolina Eye Associates. Everyone was courteous, pleasant and professional. My procedure was done by Dr. Karen Ashley. She had a wonderful chair side manner; was very thorough as well as gentle. I would highly recommend Dr Ashley as well as Carolina Eye Associates!

Dr.White came highly recommended by my ophthalmologist. I had a smooth and comfortable experience from check-in to exiting the office. Everyone was friendly and professional and clearly knowledgeable. I will without a doubt return here if I need any further procedure on my eye. Highly recommend.
I am writing this to share my experience regarding the significant wait times at this office. I had a 10:15 AM appointment and arrived at 10:00 AM, but was not finished with my visit until after 12:20 PM. The timeline of my visit was as follows: 10:00 AM: Arrival 10:15 AM: Scheduled Appointment 10:54 AM: Called to the back, then sent back to the waiting room 11:45 AM: Called to the back for the second time 12:14 PM: Doctor entered the room (no apology offered for the delay) 12:22 PM: Finished and checked out Waiting over two hours for an 8-minute appointment is difficult to justify. While I understand that medical offices can run behind, the lack of communication and the absence of an apology for the nearly two-hour delay was disappointing. I hope the office can improve its scheduling efficiency in the future.
Carolina Eye Associates reminds me of Chick fil A. Even though they may have a large number of customers, you never feel like you're waiting long and the staff is very upbeat and pleasant. They keep you moving by running multiple tests pretty quickly after you're checked it. By the time I reached the Dr. Millander I'd only been there maybe 45 minutes. I think I may have misspelled my Dr's name but what I'm sure about is Carolina Eye has been my eye care team for 3 years running and I'm not changing. I give them top marks.
Staff was great. No complaints there however my appointment was almost 3 hours long. Understand I am a new client 3 hours is a long time.
