My aunt saw Dr. Santiago for the first time yesterday. She has RA and has a hard time walking and also holding the same position for a longer time. The staff and Dr. Santiago went above and beyond to accomodate her. They were so nice and soooo patient even though we took a lot of their time. Dr.Santiago explained everything and answered all her questions as did the wonderful staff. I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything they have done. They even adjusted her old glasses when were were checking out. She (and I) is absolutely thrilled with the appointment. We look forward to going back. Thank you.

I always receive the best care when I go there. The staff are all helpful and friendly and Dr Santiago takes his time doesn’t rush through the appointment I have had two eye problems that I had to get an immediate treatment and they always fit me in that day without having to wait for an appointment

I absolutely love this place! Every single person that works here is so caring and thorough with their patients. They do everything in their power to give the patients an amazing experience. The optometrists, opticians, and front desk receptionists are all some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They explain everything well, and they make sure all of my needs are met for eye exams, contact lenses, and glasses. I definitely recommend this clinic.
