Very disappointed with how my wife and child were treated. No "professional" place would blame the patient for the company not checking insurance and scheduling out accordingly. Then lie about prices and tell the parent they're gonna pay and also not even check in advance if the exam is going to be covered.

My family and I have had experience with Drs. Ashley Springston, Troutman, and Fischer, and they have all been fantastic. The ladies in the glasses department have been very helpful as well, especially Joyce, who helped me out today.

I have been taking my kids here for years and never have I been let down. Joyce helped us with getting the glasses went above and beyond with her help. Dr. Fisher is always wonderful with the kids.
