Doctor Wagler truly cares about his patients and is completely honest. He is so down to earth and explains everything and all your options so well, never trying to push anything.
I have called multiple times communicating with someone there about different situations and every time I call they were rude. I have a disability due to an IED blast while deployed with the Army and I had to explain why I need fast help and the woman said my answer does not answer hers and make rude vocal gestures that where insulting. I for sure will NEVER do business with this organization due to this particular person.
I recently purchased a new pair of glasses and had new lenses put in my old frames. I wanted to complement Zach! He was professional and helpful. All retail employees could learn from Zach! Debbe
Poor customer service by one older lady. Very rude and just seemed like she didn’t wanna help nor be there.
I’ve been going to Dr Wagler for 10 years and he’s amazing! Hands down best eye doctor around.
