We’ve been coming to Northern Valley Eye Care for over 6 years, and most of our family is treated here. Professional, friendly service with a great selection of frames. Dr. Ross is knowledgeable and kind, so is the rest of the team from Debbie at the front desk to the optometrists everyone always goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!
I had a really terrible and invasive experience in which Dr. Ross repeatedly told me I looked so young and then he tried to put my contacts in my eyes for me. It was awful. I also called the office asking for a receipt so I could submit to my FSA and they told me it’s a hippa violation. I asked a lawyer after and they said it was not. In my 25 years of wearing contacts and glasses I’ve never had an office refuse to email me a receipt if I could verify email and DOB.
Dr. Ross was very attentive. Yet, he was relaxed and tried to make the patients relax. I have been going to Dr. Ross for many years, and I hope to continue to go. Kathleen Wall
