I really like that they can see you as a walk in. They have better equipment than my old eye dr. The staff are great. The one in charge of ordering contacts isn't very good, it took 3 months to get my first trial pair of contacts. I got a different lady who finally reordered. They're very open to giving trials to tide you over but they weren't my actual prescription. They seemed great until 4 months passed then they dump you. 3 of the months I didn't have my right prescription. I still don't have contacts.

My family and I have been going here for years. Dr McLaughlin is amazing and so very kind. He communicates well and explains the things you have questions about! Staff is awesome as well, very kind and understanding!
Being able to walk in is nice. The only thing I wish they would change would be the optos machine. I used to work at an eye doctor and we had that machine. It’s great don’t get me wrong, but if a patient doesn’t want to pay extra for it, then don’t make them do it. I had my contacts out, they were ripped (the front office and tech knew it, and was on my last pair) I declined wanting the extra imaging and they either told me I have to do it or put my ripped contacts in and go somewhere else. To me that’s not listening to your patients. Not everyone can afford the extra $29-$39 on top of their regular exam. When we ran into that problem at the doctor I worked at we didn’t make them do it or we waived the fee. Front desk was rude about it too when I asked why I couldn’t skip doing it. I know eye health is important and that helps look at the back of the eye for diseases and what not. But not having any family history and always having a healthy looking eye every visit, it would be nice to have the option to skip it.
Always a pleasant easy experience. So easy and smooth it feels like it can't be true. I am a veteran and get free eye exams, but they don't have all the high tech. I have seen several doctors and all of them have been very thorough. I have never felt rushed or as if I was just another walk in out of the mall. Lenscrafters is right next door, but you don't have to get your glasses there, although I do. Very good, very nice. Thanks
Wonderful eye exam, staff was friendly and professional. Great use of technology to make the visit efficient and effective. I hate going to doctor, but this was a pleasant experience. Will definitely go to them again.
