Dear [Invision] Team, I am writing to share my deep appreciation for the exceptional care I received at your store. I recently moved to Kansas to ensure my safety as a survivor of domestic violence. My glasses had been damaged, and while I have found employment, my funds are currently limited. I was struggling to perform my job without squinting and urgently needed my vision corrected. Your team was incredibly kind and helpful. You fixed my damaged glasses quickly and waived the fee, which has allowed me to work effectively again. Additionally, I am so grateful that you placed a second pair of glasses on hold to give me time to pay for them. This optical center has been a true blessing to me. I had such a great experience at Envision Eyeglass! The ladies there are absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s not just about selling glasses—they make sure you leave confident and happy with your choice. Highly recommend if you’re looking for friendly service and true expertise. Five stars all the way!

I went into the OP mall location at work because my employer insurance allows us up to a certain amount for sunglasses or eyewear. The lady helping (never gave me her name) was obviously super annoyed that I was there buying on my insurance. I had a $188 credit. She starts taking out $400 oakleys and when I ask for something in the $200 range she says “you know this is a luxury store?” I keep looking, she is looking more and more annoyed. Please know this is only about a 2 min period. I think ask her if there is a price sheet for the glasses and she says “what are you talking about this is a luxury store” I say yes I bet you don’t like when people come in here and buy using their insurance. She then says “YA WE JUST DO YOU GUYS A FAVOR, LET ME GET SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP YOU” super rude. She leaves me for 5 or so minutes. I almost leave the store. Literally almost didn’t even spend the INS money. Another lady I think her name was Kierah came and helped me. She was so sweet and helpful. I made my purchase in about 3 or 4 minutes and she was out of their hair. That lady was so disrespectful I couldn’t even believe it. She was middle-aged and had brown hair. Terrible attitude

After some research going back more than a year, I finally had the need to visit this optical practice to replace a broken pair of glasses. I knew they carried my preferred brand of frames, Lindberg. I had an absolutely excellent experience with Heather—very knowledgeable and skilled. After a few weeks I visited and had the new frames fitted to my preferred lens shape, and then adjusted to my face. As I requested, the optics are great and the eyeglasses are extremely lightweight and comfortable. I know where I will be going in the future for my optical needs! Highly recommended.

I have a nice vintage pair of sunglasses that needed new lenses and Heather was an amazing help. I literally walked in, told her what I wanted to accomplish, what I thought would be 3-5 days turned out to be same day. I’m very happy! Thank you, Heather!
