Every single person I interacted with was incredibly welcoming and kind. They made sure to make the whole experience a good one. Alec was super friendly, Nicole was hilarious and picked the perfect pair of glasses for me on the first try, and Dr. Bao was so much fun and made sure I understood everything.

As a first timer for an eye exam I was a bit nervous. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness, friendliness and immediately put at ease. From the front desk, to Alec who did my initial tests, Dr. Sarah and Nicole, I had a wonderful experience and left there feeling confident in my eye care moving forward. Can’t give them enough stars ⭐️ ⭐️

We love Dr Sarah! My family has been coming here for several years now. Office staff is alway friendly. If you end up needing glasses they have a great selection of frames and lenses.

Unfortunately, our experience at this practice was disappointing. We were new patients and scheduled eye exams for three family members, with plans to purchase glasses and contact lenses. Before the appointment, I specifically called to ask whether my teenage son needed a separate contact lens appointment. I was told he could be evaluated during his scheduled exam and that the contact lens training class was optional and intended for new wearers. My son has worn contacts before. After his exam, however, I was told he would need a separate fitting appointment and was required to take the training class. When I explained what I had been told by phone, both the doctor and office manager repeatedly insisted this was their policy. I also asked why I had been allowed to try contact lenses the previous day without any such requirement, but my question was not addressed. Policies can vary, and I understand that. What was most disappointing was the manager’s unnecessarily dismissive and condescending tone when I was simply trying to understand the conflicting information we had received. The difference between the information given by phone and in person was never explained. I don’t think that 140$ fee they want for this training is significant enough money to push it so hard. It’s unfortunate because the receptionists, the doctor I saw the previous day, and the other staff members were very pleasant. However, after this interaction, we have decided not to continue as patients.

An attentive and respectful practice led by Dr. Sarah. I’ve been a patient for 10+ years and feel with confidence that the health of my eyes is in good hands. They are happy to work with you to find eye glass or contact solutions that work within my budget.
