Dr Koval was wonderful. She was knowledgeable professional and very warm and kind. Made me feel comfortable. Also Chrissy in Optical was so wonderful, helpful and patient with me while trying to decide on a pair of glasses. She walked me through every step.
I've been going there for at least 12 years now and I have no intentions of changing that. I will recommend this place to anyone. I actually brought you a new patient today. Plus, today was the quickest appointment I ever had. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The service is great and the people are nice and helpful. Thank you all. Keep up the good work. 🙂
Everyone is very nice and since I am hard of hearing they showed support by speaking up so I knew what was going on. Dr Matz is very friendly and I am comfortable with him and he explains everything so I understand. They are all very helpful and friendly.
I never realized that I have to drive far away until I found Dr.Matz . Service and the people who works there are kind and nice Even my doctor Alexandra has a very high recommendation. Why drive to Reading Wyoming when we have a great facility right in front of our nose .. Thank you and I never regretted walking into that building.. Btw..Dr.Matz is friendly ,accommodating and I find him very handsome in good spirit..
Dr. Blehm is great ! I did have an issue with the appointment date. When my appointment was made after my appointment last year, it was put in as 5/7/27 not 2026. Since I didn't get a confirmation call, I called the morning of the appointment to confirm & I was told that I did have an appointment that day @ 2:00 with Dr. Blehm. When I showed up, I was told there were no doctors in the office. A nice technician from the eye glass office figured out the issue & was able to get me an appointment the next day. I had to take time off of work on 2 days.
