This doctor has the worst scheduling team. Drove half an hour to her for an appointment only to be told that there’s a power outage so there’s nothing they can do. Then I asked if Sara Mendelsohn can show up to the other location and they said no. They then made another appointment for me and proceeded to call me a while later saying that’s not available either and she doesn’t know how that was scheduled. Then they made another appointment for me for the third time but proceeded to tell me oh Sara Mendelsohn is sick and we don’t know if she’ll recover on Monday. Like figure it out already! Please save yourself time and find another provider.

Great, very knowledgeable travel doctor; however, my daughter's travel required her to get the yellow fever vaccine, which they do not have at this office. I feel they should have informed us prior to the visit. As I now had to take my daughter to another travel Dr to get the yellow fever vaccine. It cost me time and 2 consultation fees ( $140 extra) unnecessarily. When we first called the office they should not have even made us an appointment, they should have said call one of the travel doctors who have the vaccine.

Best service! Doctor Sara is a very nice lady! She is very careful and professional!
