The staff was AMAZING!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted. Everyone was exceptionally professional and courteous and the visit didn’t feel stuffy, it flowed effortlessly. I did my research online on the frames that were offered there and was happy to see that a pair I had on my list as an option was available for me to try on and eventually select. I was very pleased with my visit and look forward to picking my glasses up in a week =)

I had a great eye exam at Vision Works. Dr. Lam was thorough and took time to talk about eye health and my prescription. She was personable and helpful. Added bonus they have convenient hours and free parking. I will go back.

Excellent eye exam in my neighborhood. Loved the team of women I got to work with and did a full exam to ensure I was taking care of my total eye health. Went in for evaluation for a weird visual change in my right eye. Dr Lam diagnosed me with a retinal tear. She recommended I get immediate medical attention with my ophthalmologist at Kaiser to address the tear. Kaiser recommended ER visit and the tear was addressed the next morning to prevent a retinal detachment. Thank you so much for the great care leading to quick treatment and for the amazing customer service. Dr Lam likely saved my vision. I will be back for my new prescription glasses as soon as I am healed up.
