We had such a wonderful experience today at PS Optical! After my daughter’s eye exam in New Providence with a children’s specialist, we brought her prescription straight over—and I’m so glad we did. Phil was absolutely amazing. He took the time to help my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses, making sure they fit comfortably and that she could see clearly. She was a bit anxious, but his patience and kindness really put her at ease. Even more impressive—he had her glasses ready in just a few hours! Despite the store being busy with many loyal customers coming in and out (which really says a lot about how trusted and family-friendly this place is), Phil never made us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about each person he helps. I’ve personally been going to Phil for years, and that level of care has always been consistent. Earlier this year, during a medical emergency, he went above and beyond to quickly get me a pair of glasses to help during my recovery. That kind of dedication is rare. I truly can’t say enough great things about this place. If you’re looking for glasses or contacts, PS Optical on Franklin Ave is the place to go!

I brought my dad here to fix two pairs of glasses, and Phil helped us out – he was awesome! His customer service was great, he explained everything super easily, and he even tightened one of his glasses for free. I was really impressed with how hospitable he was; you just don't find people like that anymore.

Came in because my favorite Ray Bans were accidently smashed while I was driving. The lenses popped out and the frame was bent. Phil greeted me, took a look at them and said "give me a few minutes". He came back with my them brand new. Thank you Phil!!
